Insurgent Tip by COMMON
As an entrepreneur, your plate is likely pretty full. Honestly, you’ve probably got multiple plates you’re constantly spinning, all while trying not to drop or lose sight of anything.
If you’re like most entrepreneurs, we’re guessing time for deep thinking work has to be squeezed into whatever gaps you can find. Between everything on your mile-long to-do list, a calendar full of Zoom meetings and phone calls, and whatever unexpected disruptions and emergencies get sprinkled on top, it’s a wonder you keep your business moving forward at all. Don’t forget to pause every once in a while and give yourself props.
Of course, it’d be great to try to shift something off those plates for a bit…or maybe take one (or five) out of rotation entirely. But then, learning new strategies for managing your time and tasks is yet another to-do list item — just one more thing to try to balance, even if it’s something that will help you in the long run.
This Insurgent Tip is for the entrepreneur whose to-do list never seems to get shorter.
